Marquette, Michigan… Brrrr
Mid-December found me and my boyfriend (Nate) way up “nort” in the chilly U.P. Yeppers, we hung out with the Yoopers! We were actually there to shoot the Graduation ceremony for Northern Michigan University, but we ended up making it into a great little vacation. It was COLD, and really REALLY in the middle of nowhere, but we had fun. Note: If you’re ever in the Marquette area, we suggest dining at The Vierling, a quaint little downtown brewery. It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had! And don’t miss their blueberry beer (with dancing blueberries).
Anyway, we found some time to shoot a few photos… even though it was a million degrees below zero. So, here goes…
I was footprint happy that afternoon and ended up taking a ton of footprint pictures (here’s just a few)…

I love this…

Krista,
I love your work. You are so talented! I wish we lived closer so I could see you and catch up and you could even mentor me in photography! Keep shooting – the world is better when you do! :)
Loves & hugs,
Megan
